Southern Outdoor Construction has its roots in custom masonry installations and repairs. From there, the scope of our projects blossomed into complete outdoor living space design and installation (i.e. fireplaces, grill stations, pools/spas, pool decks, pergolas, patios, driveways, retaining walls, lighting, and plantings). Eventually, all that work outdoors brought us indoors; we now get into everything from basement finishing, home renovations, accessory buildings such as garages and custom sheds, and even new home builds.

SOC is owned and operated by Rick Keeling and Arthur Lerma and provides both residential and commercial services to the Atlanta and north metro area.
